Returns and Exchanges

Important: Prior to sending a return or exchange back to us, please e-mail with the following information:

  • DO NOT send item back before receiving a reply from 
  • All garments are subject to inspection
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable*


    *Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, however, if you opt for an exchange, we will cover the costs to ship you the replacement.


    Can I make an exchange?

    If you wish to exchange for a different size or style you may do so as long as the leggings have not been worn, washed, or used, and are in new condition, within 20 days of shipping date.

    Return shipping must be paid by the customer. Wild and Roaming will send the new pair and pay for shipment after we have received the original product in unused, unwashed condition.

    How do I make a return?

    Refunds are available solely for unworn, unwashed, unused items in new condition, within 20 days of shipping date. Refunds are granted only after the items have been returned to and received by Wild and Roaming.

    Return shipping must be paid by the customer. refunds will be for the actual paid price of the item, less a 10% restock and handling charge.

    When will my purchase be refunded?

    Refunds are issued upon receipt of return after inspection. You will be notified via e-mail that the refund has been processed. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

    Are there any items that cannot be returned/refunded?

    At this time, all of our products can be returned/exchanged.
